• Are there any additional charges apart from the shipping charges?

    International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional charges and to clear the package through customs. Please consult the customs of your country for estimates of possible fees. (The HS code for stylus is 852290, cartridge is 852210.)

  • Can you ship to my country?

    We send our products by FedEx . However, in very rare cases, it may not be possible to deliver to certain countries by FedEx. Please Contact Us for more information about the shipping options for your country.

  • Can you supply the parts of a stylus, e.g.: Cantilever, tip and so on?

    Unfortunately, we do not supply the parts of a stylus. We supply the stylus as a finished product.

  • Do you accept payment by Check?

  • How do I track shipments sent by FedEx?

    FedEx provides tracking service. Enter your tracking number in the Track & Trace box on the FedEx web page.

  • I am looking for a stylus for my Technicraft TC4000.

  • I have heard nothing in reply to my inquiry.

    If you don’t receive our reply, please check your spam mail folders as a spam filter could have moved it there. Or it might have been deleted by filtering software installed on your computer. Please check the above settings.

    Also, make sure to double check your email address when entering it into the inquiry form text field. Occasionally email responses to inquiries are returned to us by the server as a result of typographical error.

    Please note that it might take some time to answer the inquiry depending on conditions.

  • I just received my new needle and it does not play very well. Is there anything I need to do to clean it or something specific I should know?

    Please check to see if the stylus you received matches your order and was installed correctly, using the recommended tracking force settings. If you are still having problems, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. (As for SAS series, 60 days) For more information, please read warranty card that is enclosed with the product.

  • Is this an OEM stylus?

    The styli in our Websites are NOT maker original. These are brand new styli manufactured by JICO. They are compatible with their intended Original Equipment Manufacturer cartridges, however we manufacture styli according to our standards, e.g. dimensions, material, etc. Our products have been fully approved by Japanese audiophiles for years.
