After receiving your order, we will go through the following steps.
a : Preparing indicates that your order has been confirmed.
b : Processing means that your order is being processed.
c : Shipped indicates that your order was shipped that day. Delivery takes about 3 days to 2 weeks.
All the products under the name of JICO (the “Product(s)”) are made to order subjected to a total inspection before shipping and are guaranteed to meet our exacting standards, be free of manufacturing defects or flaws, and approved for exclusive use with their intended compatible cartridges. Their shipments are carefully inspected and packed before shipment to ensure your enjoyment. Thus, please note that the Products are non-cancellable and non-returnable, except if the Product is defective.
In the event you find the Product you ordered with damage or initial failure at the delivery and decide to return it or exchange into another product, please be advised of the following return policy:
Damage claims must be reported to us within 30 days (60 days for SAS series) of acceptance of the Product. We will require a detailed description of damages and/or defects to the Product. If it seems to be considered from the description that the damages or defects were occurred during shipping or due to initial failure, please return the Product and its relevant items as our request. Returned Product must be in the original packaging and include any manuals and accessories in original condition. Product need to be returned via registered, insured post to us at your cost within 10 days from our request. We will not be held responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit, so please send your returns accordingly.
If your return package is deemed acceptable after our inspection, we will refund you shipping costs, and (i) refund you the Product price, or (ii) exchange the returned Product, as you request. Please also note that if upon the inspection returned Product is proved to be non-defective, or that its damages or defects were not occurred during initial shipping or due to initial failure, or if we otherwise determine that a customer is exercising abuse of the return policy, then we will not pay for all costs related to the returned Product, including the return shipping or packing of the Product to you.
If you are experiencing problems/difficulties with the Product you ordered, please make sure to contact us before returning any items. Please note that we cannot offer any our support if any items were returned to us without prior contact and communication with us. We may be able to help you to resolve any issues concerning the Product through our email communications.
Please also note that the return policy applies to the Products purchased only through lawful and authorized distribution channels and not those purchased through resale or through unofficial distribution channels.
When we ship outside of Japan, it will not be necessary to pay Japanese consumer tax.
However, you may be charged with your country’s duty tax and fees upon arrival.

Our styli are compatible with original cartridges however we manufacture styli according to our standards. Therefore the dimensions and specifications of our styli are not exactly the same as those of the OEM styli in every case.
