Designed specifically for use with the V15 Type Ⅳ, this model combines the classic performance characteristics of the cartridge with the tonal qualities of ebony construction.

This stylus was created in collaboration with DJ SHARK and released to commemorate the 1st anniversary of Feel Records Kyoto Hanare.

Throughout the development process, various types of wood were tested before arriving at the final sound selected by DJ SHARK.

About Kokutan (Ebony)

Ebony is one of the most renowned hardwoods, widely distributed from South Asia to Africa and traditionally used for fine furniture and stringed musical instruments.

As its name suggests, it features a deep black tone. The wood is extremely dense, hard, and highly durable.
Today, ebony has become a very rare and precious material due to its limited global supply.

This replacement stylus features a solid conical (round) tip.
With its standard conical profile, it is a versatile model capable of reproducing a wide frequency range.

The typical stylus lifespan is approximately 200 hours.
